Search for message

Festival Farma 2007 is the main event under the umbrella of a year-long project of international co-operation Search for Message. Personalities, whose work borders on several genres, found themselves in a completely different cultural context, thus drawing inspiration for their new projects. The idea was to individually perceive this tradition and to uniquely re-create it into the artist´s natural theatrical language.

Centre for the Study of Jerzy Grotowski´s Work and for Cultural and Theatrical Research /Poland/

Grotowski´s Centre is an institution which combines artistic and scholarly research projects, drawing on the principles established by the artistic work of Jerzy Grotowski. The centre was founded in 1990 and resides at the premises of the former theatre Laboratorium in Wroclaw and at a forest base in Brzezinka. It organizes numerous activities, conferences, symposiums, seminars and workshops. It focuses on both enlightenment and preservation of Jerzy Grotowski´s legacy.

Evoé Performing Artists /Germany/

Evoé (performing artists Düsseldorf) was founded by Mariana Sadovska, André Erlen and Bernd Fingas. Evoé´s projects search for the connections between various genres or media in order to widen up the artistic potential. At the same time, the results are not dogmatic – they can even diverge a lot. Thus, Evoé can be constantly re-defined.
